We will only convert footage that you actually own the copyright on. There's no point bringing us a pre-recorded movie on video tape you bought from a store ten years ago, as we will not break any copyright laws. If you have any questions regarding copyright, please email or call.

Please be advised that you must sign a copyright disclaimer at the point of placing your order. We require your footage to be in VHS, Hi8 or DV format and any photographs to be provided on a flash drive, CD or memory card. A scanning service is available for printed photographs

Full discretion is assured and customer confidentiality is up there as our number one priority. Your media will not be distributed or viewed to anyone unless you provide your express written permission. Of course if you want us to edit your footage, we will have to look at it! All Media is spot checked prior to leaving our workshops to ensure that your movie or slideshow is as good as we can get it.

We Guarantee all our products with a BTB Warranty for 30 days from date of supply. After this time the 'raw' video footage along with any custom labels etc are permanently deleted from our servers. Unfortunately our warranty does not cover circumstances where the disc has been scratched, mishandled or left near a heat source.

We only use premium paper and inks for CD/DVD Covers, ensuring a professional finish every time. Lightscribe™ technology is utilised for etching CD's/DVD Disks. Custom covers & labels are also stored in a safe location for 30 days, after which they will be deleted.

The DVD footage will only be as good as your recording technique – if you’ve taken a very shaky movie, then it may need extensive editing to make it watchable! The quality of your footage cannot be improved upon, however we can assure you that it will not be any worse than the footage you provided us prior to conversion and by clever editing techniques we can make it more watchable! In the event that the audio on your footage is of a poor quality, suitable soundtrack (s) can be applied for a small nominal fee.

We do not keep copies of your footage or photos unless specifically requested (in these circumstances a small nominal charge will be applied Per Annum to cover admin & hardware costs).

DVD Backups we hold are kept in its ‘raw’ video format and stored on a secure encrypted hard disk.

We also reserve the right to reject orders where footage is deemed by use to be of a violent or sexual nature. We will not accept orders for conversions that contravene the laws of the United Kingdom or destination countries. Specifically we want nothing to do with child pornography, the propagation of terrorism and cruelty to animals. Such footage may be handed to the police / law enforcement agencies.

We do not accept 'patched up' video tapes or those with cracked or otherwise damaged casings. All media will be inspected prior to accepting the order and we reserve the right to reject an order of we feel there may be problem with conversion or physical damage may be caused to equipment or the media.

The converted footage will routinely be in DVD-R format which all modern DVD players and DVD ROMs support. Don't worry, we will check to see if your player is compatible first. Conversion/copying into other common formats (e.g. .avi, .wmv, .mp4) can be done on request at an extra cost (please contact us for details).
